Consultation

The process begins with an obligation-free consultation either in person (for those local to the area) or via phone or email.
I will always endeavour to provide weekend or evening appointments to make things a little easier. We can even meet for a cuppa! The initial aim of the consultation will be to build a picture of your wedding – All the details are important to me – your ideas, the venue, the flowers, your style...(and of course the most important – the dress!) At this point it is useful for
you to have a rough idea of your stationery needs, rough quantities and an indication of budget. We can discuss your specific ideas for your wedding stationery and consider all the elements you require, including save the date cards, invitations, and on-the-day stationery. Please note that I recommend you allow at least 4-6 months for the bespoke design process.

Deposit

After we have discussed your stationery needs and are happy with your quote, you will be sent an order form to complete and return to Rosewood Co and at this point we will require a 50% none refundable deposit to secure your studio time and to progress with your designs. We will also need your wording for the elements of your stationery (best provided as a word document PDF or via email)

Design

Now the good bit starts! Rosewood Co will then work up the initial (and beautiful!) design concept for you, based on our discussions so far. After detailed feedback on these initial concepts we will then create a fully developed digital design proof of your wedding stationery suite with all your required elements. From this point, up to 1 complimentary set of revisions can be provided to perfect your stationery. (Please note that any subsequent revisions after final approval will incur a cost of
£30 per hour design time.)

Proofing

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review proofs for any errors. This includes spelling and layout. Once final approval has been given, any errors discovered afterwards will be charged for re-prints.

Timeline

An estimated completion date will be agreed with you once deposit has been received. Rosewood Co will strive to work within this timeline, but it is important for the client to also cooperate in a timely manner. Rosewood Co will not be responsible for not meeting deadlines due to delayed client action or responce.

Cancellations

In the event that you cancel your wedding before design work has begun, your 50% deposit is non-refundable. Clients must be made aware that deposits are to secure your design date.

If you cancel your wedding after your invitations have been completed but you are still booked in for on the day stationery, cancellation fees are due based on the amount of work completed. The client agrees to accept Artist’s good faith estimation of how much work as been completed and will therefore pay for the work that’s been done.

Once the project leaves the artist’s studio for shipping, the artist is not responsible for any loss, delay, or damage to the product. The client is responsible for all shipping, custom and duties fees. The client will need to inform the artist if they want to purchase shipping insurance. By default, this is not included. Due to the handmade nature of our projects, our goods are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.
