Privacy Policy

So here’s the boring legal bit. I don't wish to know your family history however I will need to know some of your details in order to create your beautiful wedding stationery! Jokes aside, I want to ensure you that I will not mistreat or misuse any of your personal information.

The data I collect

I will only collect personal information necessary to complete your order. This information is provided to me either via this website or directly via email or telephone. This will include the following:

• Your name(s)

• Email

• Shipping address

• Contact number

• Wedding details (date, time and venue)

• Guest list
  I may need to collect more information from you in order to complete your bespoke order.
  

How I collect your data

When making an enquiry, the data is collected via the contact form via my website which is sent to me directly via email where it is stored in a folder for enquiries. 

If you place an order from me, I will ask you to fill out and return an order form, this will then be stored on my secured home studio computer. I also like to print out hard copies (because I’m old school) which are then stored in a physical file. Once I have completed all of your stationery your data will then be stored for 1 month after your wedding.

Who sees your data?

As a one women band your data will only be seen by myself! However, depending on the nature of your stationery, should we need to outsource, the only other people who will see are my printing partners.

Securing your data

Any data I collect from you is securely stored on my personal password protected computer in my home office. I want you to feel secure in the knowledge that your details are secure.
