The process

As I’m a perfectionist or my husband may say, control freak, I like to get to know and work closely with my clients so that I can design something just for you, which is why you can’t order directly from my site. Hopefully you’ll find the below steps useful and that I’ve made the ordering process as simple as possible.

Step 1

L E T S C O N N E C T

Please get in touch using the contact form, or simply by email. Tell me a little bit about your day, your vision. From there we can arrange a quick chat by phone or we can meet in person if you're local to the area? This is where we’ll discuss all your ideas, options, personalisation and printing methods, I’ll also talk you through the design process and what to expect throughout.

After your consultation I will email you everything we have spoken about, along with your quote so you can sit down with a cuppa and digest all the information.

Step 2

B O O K I N G

If you like what you see, let’s get you booked into my diary! I will email you a link to complete an online form. Once completed, I will send you your invoice for a 50% non-refundable deposit, along with my T&C’s. Once payment has been arranged, your studio time will be confirmed and we can begin the design process.

Step 3

D E S I G N + P R I N T

Digital proofs will be sent to you along the way, once you have signed off your designs and final payment has been made, your beautiful stationery will be sent to print and assembly will begin.
